Overview
We are seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Management Expert on a contract basis to contribute remotely to a client project aimed at optimizing supply chain processes and documentation. This position primarily involves applying your domain knowledge to assist in training next-generation AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world insights. Previous AI experience is not mandatory. Fluency in English and advanced expertise in global logistics are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine and assess logistics documentation including packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers for accuracy, authenticity, and compliance with industry standards.
- Create annotated samples of logistics documentation demonstrating best practices in supply chain management.
- Analyze and propose enhancements to existing supply chain workflows based on practical experience.
- Provide comprehensive feedback on logistics scenarios focusing on document structure and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with project teams to clarify objectives and articulate complex logistics concepts clearly.
- Engage in quality assurance efforts by verifying the appropriateness and accuracy of supply chain datasets.
- Assist in developing training materials and resources that reflect industry standards and address intricate supply chain challenges.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 3 years' practical experience in logistics and supply chain management, with strong familiarity in handling packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
- Thorough understanding of logistics processes, documentation practices, and global supply chain operations.
- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to explain technically complex topics clearly.
- Strong attention to detail in reviewing and preparing supply chain documents.
- Demonstrated analytical capabilities in identifying and recommending process improvements within logistics.
- A master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related disciplines is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and consistently deliver quality results on time.
