Position Summary

The Logistics Specialist working with MAF LifeStyle within Planning & Merchandising is entrusted with overseeing daily operations linked to supply chain and logistics. The primary objective is to enhance process efficiency and productivity, ensuring seamless and cost-effective logistics operations that align with corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain activities specific to merchandise.
• Coordinate and uphold the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process following the end-to-end protocols and service level agreements ratified by compliance.
• Ensure products are registered with appropriate regulatory authorities and maintain up-to-date certifications.
• Review and validate service providers' invoices to confirm charges comply with agreed contracts.
• Submit billing invoices accurately into designated systems and guarantee timely processing by the financial shared services center.
• Oversee daily stock replenishments to stores, commencing deliveries, handling returns, processing orders, and managing deliveries for both merchandise and non-merchandise items, considering visual merchandising and marketing inputs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to all stakeholders by supplying timely, relevant data to enable informed business decisions.
• Build and maintain robust professional relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related discipline.
• Between three to five years of professional experience within supply chain or logistics functions.
• Experience in a high-volume, multi-site retail environment is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Effective communication skills paired with a keen attention to detail.
