Loan Officer

Overview

We are looking to hire a dynamic Loan Officer specializing in a range of financial loan products including Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Home Loans, as well as POS Machines (QR, Sound Box, Card Swipe Machines). This role requires a proactive approach to generate leads, establish client relationships, and close deals to fulfill set sales targets.

Key Duties

• Identify and create opportunities for loan sales through diverse methods such as cold calling, referrals, and direct field visits.
• Clearly communicate the features and requirements of various loan products to potential clients.
• Gather and validate documentation needed for processing loan applications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate loan approvals, disbursements, and resolve customer inquiries.
• Ensure continuous client engagement and service to maximize satisfaction.
• Consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales benchmarks.
• Keep comprehensive records of all leads, sales progress, and client communications.

Candidate Profile

• At least 6 months experience in sales of Home Loans, Personal Loans, Credit Cards, or other financial loan products.
• Solid understanding of loan product features, qualification criteria, and required documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Works well independently with a focused, goal-oriented mindset.
• Graduation in any discipline is preferred; additional relevant certifications are advantageous.
