Prepare for livestream events by setting up live sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
Arrange the livestream environment including props and all necessary materials.
Support the livestream host throughout the session, monitor ongoing performance, and apply adaptive strategies to engage the audience effectively.
Collaborate directly with brand partners regarding promotional activities such as vouchers and additional gifts during the live broadcasts.
Supervise livestream quality and analyze data post-event to ensure revenue goals are achieved.
Evaluate viewer feedback and session outcomes to inform planning and selection of products for future livestreams.
Execute other livestream-related duties as assigned, including managing sample shipments and documenting host live hours.

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience managing livestream operations.
Availability to work on weekends.
Clear and articulate voice capable of speaking continuously for 2 to 3 hours during livestreams.
Preference for candidates with prior experience managing independent livestream sessions for brands or Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs).
Proficient in using livestream tools on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada platforms.

Full salary during the probation period.
Lunch allowance and personal laptop allowance provided.
Work schedule consists of six days per week with flexibility as arranged by leadership.
