Position Overview

The Litigation Group is seeking an energetic, team-focused and entrepreneurial lawyer to join their Saskatchewan office. The team specializes in general commercial litigation across diverse industries and jurisdictions, offering clients strategic, cost-effective solutions for disputes resolved both in court and through alternative methods.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Bring a minimum of 3 years relevant legal experience.
• Hold an active licence to practise law in Saskatchewan.
• Demonstrate proven client relationship management abilities.
• Possess strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and proficient drafting skills.
• Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset to grow and develop practice areas.
• Preferable experience includes expertise in health law, construction law, and insurance law.
