High Point Design serves as a comprehensive provider for hosiery products including socks, tights, slippers, legwarmers, and more. The company holds licenses for many of the world's most iconic entertainment and character brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Design Team with overall organization and workflow efficiency.
• Manage distribution of samples related to design, licensors, sales, and showroom activities.
• Tag and pin product samples accurately.
• Organize and maintain filing systems.
• Assist with preparations for meetings and arrange licensor meetings.
• Help designers organize their samples effectively.
• Procure necessary design supplies.
• Maintain the Design and Development Timeline Calendar for smooth project tracking.
• Provide assistance to the Creative Director as needed.
• Oversee organization and upkeep of company showrooms.

Requirements

• Possess a positive attitude, be a cooperative team player, and demonstrate friendliness.
• Exhibit proactive, self-motivated, and diligent work habits.
• Strong organizational and intelligence qualities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop software.
• Competency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must hold a college degree (Bachelor’s required).
• At least 1 year of professional experience in the design industry is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of practical Adobe Illustrator experience required.
• At least 1 year of on-the-job Adobe Photoshop experience is preferred.
