Role Overview

This role partners closely with core teams tackling top-priority initiatives spanning engineering, product, hiring, operations, and business development. As KIRA expands, the successful candidate will address emerging challenges, establish new capabilities, and lead execution in key areas to drive impactful business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate high-impact initiatives across various business units.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to resolve business and product challenges.
• Establish teams, processes, and systems that support company growth.
• Manage cross-functional projects from ideation through delivery.
• Conduct research on new markets, products, and business opportunities.

Location & Language

This position is fully remote but requires the candidate to be based in Singapore, as recruitment is targeted for that market. Strong English communication skills are essential since it is the primary language within KIRA’s globally distributed teams.

• Final interview with CEO.
