About the Role

Jak Consultancy is seeking a motivated Lead Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding Dubai office, specializing in the design and construction industry. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with top architecture, interior design, project management, fit-out, furniture, and construction firms across the region. As part of a dynamic and growing team, you will have the autonomy to make meaningful contributions and influence the growth trajectory of our Dubai branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment efforts within the design and construction sectors.
• Develop and maintain robust client relationships to expand business opportunities.
• Generate revenue through successful placements and business development.
• Operate autonomously while actively contributing to the growth of the Dubai office.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support the expanding market presence.

Candidate Profile

• Proven recruitment experience, preferably in design, construction, engineering, architecture, or interiors.
• Strong track record in client development and billing achievements.
• Commercially motivated with a focus on earning potential.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently within a small team setup.
• Keen interest in entrepreneurial environments and contributing to business growth rather than working in large corporate settings.
