About the Role
This field-based position involves engaging with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods to discuss window and door solutions, aiming to schedule qualified in-home consultations for our sales team. Responsibilities
- Canvass residential neighborhoods to initiate conversations with homeowners.
- Introduce and explain the company's window and door improvement services.
- Arrange appointments in-home for interested and qualified individuals.
- Utilize a tablet or iPad to log scheduled appointments and track daily activities.
- Represent the organization with professionalism and a positive attitude within the community.
Role Expectations
- Spend several hours outdoors and remain on your feet during shifts.
- Interact with new people continuously throughout the day.
- Self-manage and persistently meet performance targets.
- Maintain motivation and composure following any setbacks or rejections.
Performance Standards
- Engage with 10–25 homeowners each day.
- Secure 2–5 qualified appointments daily for the sales team.
- Earn additional income by consistently meeting or surpassing goal metrics.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base hourly wage of $20.
- Bi-weekly bonus structure tied to performance.
- Typical first-year earnings range from $45,000 to $70,000+, with top performers exceeding $80,000 annually.

Schedule
- Both full-time and part-time positions available.
- Work 4–5 days weekly, with one required weekend day.
- Work hours: Spring/Summer 11 AM–7 PM; Fall/Winter 10 AM–6 PM.
