Role overview
This position is for a driven Real Estate Lead Generation Executive who can identify prospective homebuyers and investors, create strong lead pipelines, and arrange meetings for the sales team. The role suits someone who is energetic, persuasive, and comfortable working toward clear performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Build leads using outbound calling, social media, online property portals, and referral sources.
- Reach out to potential customers and present the details of active real estate projects.
- Screen leads by understanding client needs and budget fit.
- Organize site visits and sales-team meetings for interested prospects.
- Record and keep customer details updated in the CRM system.
- Follow up consistently with prospects who have shown interest.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation goals.
- Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads smoothly.
- Keep track of current and upcoming property projects in the market.
Eligibility and experience
Candidates should be graduates or HSC pass-outs with relevant experience. The preferred background is 6 months to 2 years in lead generation, telecalling, or real estate sales. Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is required, along with basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.

Compensation and benefits
The pay range is ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience. In addition, the role includes attractive incentives with no upper limit, performance-based rewards, career growth opportunities, and training and development support.
Working schedule
This is a full-time role with a 9-hour shift, 6 working days per week, and a weekly off as per company policy.
Performance expectations
Success in this role will be measured through daily outbound calls, number of qualified leads generated, site visits scheduled, conversion ratio, and the accuracy and quality of CRM updates and follow-ups.
