Ladies / North Wing Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and meticulous individual to oversee and maintain the North Wing designated for ladies at our facility in Scottsboro, Alabama. The successful candidate will ensure the area remains clean, safe, and inviting to all visitors, while supporting overall operational efficiency.

Primary Duties

• Ensure the North Wing ladies' area is kept organized and spotless at all times.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting visitors courteously and promptly.
• Continuously observe the area to uphold safety standards and adhere to facility protocols.
• Promptly notify management regarding any maintenance concerns or security incidents.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain seamless daily operations.
• Support event preparation and management activities hosted within the North Wing.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in facility oversight, customer service, or a similar role is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with visitors and staff.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with effective organizational abilities.
• Dependable, punctual, and demonstrating a professional demeanor.

Working Conditions

This role is situated in Scottsboro, AL, within the ladies' section of the North Wing. The position may involve extended periods of standing and occasional light lifting.
