Key Responsibilities

• Support trades and site crews with material handling, site setup, and cleanup tasks.
• Operate plant and machinery safely and efficiently, including forklifts and telehandlers for certified personnel.
• Manage traffic control duties when required.
• Assist with spotting machinery and supporting lifts and deliveries.
• Maintain site housekeeping and ensure a safe working environment consistently.
• Adhere to all site safety and environmental protocols.
• Adapt and collaborate effectively within dynamic site settings.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship daily.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a skilled labourer in construction.
• Ideal but not mandatory certifications: Forklift, Telehandler, Traffic Control (Implement/Stop-Slow).
• Mandatory Construction White Card.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Safety-driven mindset with a collaborative team approach.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor.
• Strong motivation, professionalism, and a dedicated work ethic.
