Job Overview

We are seeking a Key Account Executive responsible for overseeing client interactions and managing projects from the initial requirement phase through to final billing.

Primary Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries, manage communication, and conduct regular follow-ups.
• Develop project cost estimates and quotations based on client specifications.
• Coordinate and launch project production after confirming orders.
• Collaborate with production and installation teams to guarantee seamless project delivery.
• Issue Work Completion Certificates (WCC) to installation teams upon finishing projects.
• Manage final billing processes and ensure projects are closed on schedule.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients to uphold high customer satisfaction levels.
