Key Responsibilities

• Create precise quotations featuring accurate technical specifications for LED lighting products.
• Collaborate with Design, Procurement, and Production teams to gather technical details and pricing.
• Convert customer inquiries into confirmed purchase orders through effective communication.
• Cross-verify purchase order details with approved quotations prior to processing.
• Maintain records such as inquiry logs, quotation trackers, and customer databases.
• Assist the sales team with documentation and coordination related to ongoing projects.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Technical Data Sheets (TDS), and production sheets.
• Occasionally visit client locations if necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Fresher or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
• Educational qualifications include B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, or BCA in any specialization.
• Basic understanding of LED lighting products; training will be provided.
• Effective communication and email writing skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong abilities in follow-up and collaboration.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the capacity to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
