Role Overview

Embark on your retail journey with ALDI as a casual Junior Store Assistant. This position provides comprehensive training to nurture your retail skills and build your confidence, setting you up for both immediate and future success. Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting customers to locate desired products within the store with a friendly attitude.
• Maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of aisles.
• Handling back-of-store tasks such as unloading, unpacking, and restocking shelves to ensure product availability for customers.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Availability to work weekends, after-school hours from 4pm to 9pm, and during school holidays.
• A positive mindset combined with a strong willingness to learn and develop.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify when something is out of place.
• Team spirit and an understanding of the importance of contributing effectively within a team.
