Internship Opportunity

We offer a 6-month internship based in Stuttgart, Germany, beginning by September 2026 at the latest. This position is part of our Customer Excellence Global team focusing mainly on Turkish and EU markets. The internship involves supporting client accounts and managing key operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the back end of our HubSpot CRM for Turkish and tandem accounts: verifying contacts, coordinating email communications, scheduling sessions, and assisting in proposal preparation.
• Create and operate HubSpot campaigns and sequences to secure qualified meetings for pitching BABLE’s services.
• Customize and compile proposals for potential warm leads.
• Conduct climate funding and market research to support proposal development and client engagement.
• Contribute to climate finance advisory projects and assist in other project-related tasks.

Candidate Expectations

• Exhibit a proactive and positive “can-do” mindset.
• Be enrolled in a master's degree program with a mandatory internship component.
• Possess native proficiency in Turkish and fluent English communication skills.
• Comfortable and precise CRM usage.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, adept in email correspondence, documentation, and client discussions.
• Ability to independently manage campaigns with minimal guidance.

Preferred Profile

• Master’s candidate studying sustainability, energy, urban planning, climate, business, management, or economics with a strong emphasis on climate issues.
• Prior experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms is advantageous.
• Knowledge of EU funding programs such as ERDF, Horizon Europe, ELENA, or Cohesion Funds is beneficial.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; native Turkish skills and familiarity with Turkish markets highly preferred. Additional proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
• Experience using AI tools professionally or in research contexts is desirable.

Tools and Domain Expertise

HubSpot CRM forms the core tool used in this role, alongside basic spreadsheet and email outreach skills. Knowledge of smart cities, climate sustainability, and public sector funding frameworks will be useful.

Language Requirements

Native Turkish along with fluent English (working language) are essential. Competency in German or other European languages is advantageous but not required.
