About the Role
Healy Automotive is seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual for the position of Junior Sales Executive based in Killorglin, County Kerry. This is a full-time opportunity aligned with our National Sales Apprenticeship (QQI Level 6), designed for those eager to establish a long-term career in the automotive sector. The successful candidate will work in a lively dealership environment, engaging in both customer-facing and digital content activities, while earning a nationally recognised qualification through a two-year apprenticeship program.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist prospective buyers throughout their vehicle purchasing journey.
- Respond to customer inquiries both in person and via telephone and online platforms.
- Develop creative and engaging content for a variety of social media channels including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Present vehicles effectively and confidently feature in promotional video content.
- Photograph and advertise vehicles across various online platforms.
- Prepare vehicles for display and facilitate customer handovers.
- Maintain visual appeal and cleanliness of showroom and sales yard.
- Deliver an exceptional level of customer service, nurturing lasting business relationships.
- Contribute to the efficient day-to-day running of dealership operations.

Apprenticeship Programme
This full-time position incorporates the National Sales Apprenticeship (QQI Level 6), a structured two-year programme that blends hands-on dealership experience with academic learning, resulting in a formal and industry-valued qualification.
Entry Requirements for Apprenticeship
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Education requirements include either: five Leaving Certificate subjects at Grade O6/H7 or higher (including Mathematics and English/Irish), or a full QQI Level 5 qualification (or higher).
- Commitment to the two-year structured apprenticeship is essential.
