Role Overview
As a Junior PMO, you will support project and program leadership in complex SAP and transformation projects. You will be closely involved with project activities, taking responsibility for clearly defined work packages, and gradually developing a profound understanding of how large IT programs function. Alongside client work, you will also contribute to the growth and evolution of 8knots, enjoying real opportunities to influence the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist project and program management in ongoing client projects.
- Maintain and improve project schedules, milestones, status reports, and decision documents.
- Prepare and support meetings related to projects, workstreams, and steering committees.
- Track risks, issues, and action plans diligently.
- Participate in subprojects, progressively taking on more accountability.
- Manage individual areas with a view towards assuming greater responsibilities over time.
Qualifications & Experience
- Completed university degree or equivalent qualification.
- Initial professional experience in project management, IT, or consulting is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Interest in SAP and transformation projects; prior experience is a plus but not required.
- Organized and dependable working style with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to travel for projects (approximately 25%).
- Clear communication skills, team spirit, and eagerness to learn.
