About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior HR Manager to join our team remotely from Germany. This full-time position is designed for entry-level professionals eager to develop their careers in human resources by supporting daily HR activities and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist in managing HR daily operations and administrative tasks efficiently
- Support the recruitment lifecycle including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding procedures
- Keep employee records and HR documentation accurate and up-to-date
- Facilitate employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal processes within HR
- Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related topics
- Contribute to performance management initiatives, employee engagement, and professional development activities
- Organize HR meetings, training programs, and employee engagement events
- Assist in preparing HR analytics, reports, and maintaining workforce data
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and adhered to across departments
- Collaborate with managers and team members company-wide to support HR practices
- Participate in efforts to enhance HR workflows and improve the employee workplace experience
Required Qualifications
- Open to candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, people operations, administration, or related areas, including internships
- Fundamental knowledge of HR concepts, recruitment methods, and employee lifecycle management
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities along with interpersonal skills
- Keen attention to detail and professionalism in handling sensitive information
- Competent at multitasking and prioritizing in dynamic environments
- Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with excellent teamwork skills
- Familiarity with HR information systems or applicant tracking tools is advantageous
- Comfortable working autonomously and collaborating with distributed teams
- Proficiency in English is required
- Must reside in Germany and possess legal authorization for full-time employment
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote work setting
