Junior Full-Stack Developer

About the Position

We are seeking a motivated Junior Full-Stack Developer to contribute actively to multiple live products within MCTechnology's expanding suite, including Globixs site, MCT Realty, MCTResto dashboard, Sandhya IT Consulting, and ClawAcademy. This role offers real production ownership for individuals eager to develop meaningful features that impact real users, with no involvement in mere rotations or trivial ticket assignments. Collaborate closely with seasoned engineers to write clean, maintainable code and grow your skills rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver new features across diverse Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind-based codebases.
• Create CRUD interfaces, forms, dashboards, and backend API routes leveraging Supabase services.
• Implement polished React components using shadcn/ui and Tailwind CSS frameworks.
• Transform designs from Figma and AI-generated mockups into production-ready implementations.
• Quickly identify and fix bugs while improving user experience.
• Learn and utilize the technology stack: Next.js, Supabase, Railway, Netlify, Vercel, and GitHub Actions.
• Work collaboratively by pairing with senior developers on front-end and back-end tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Up to 2 years of experience in web development; recent graduates, bootcamp completers, and ClawAcademy alumni encouraged.
• Practical knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience building React applications, including hooks, state management, and component structuring.
• Completed at least one project using Next.js, preferably with the App Router.
• Proficient with Tailwind CSS.
• Basic understanding of SQL and familiarity with Postgres or Supabase.
• Proficient in Git workflows, including branching, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to shipping quality code.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with shadcn/ui or Radix component libraries.
• Knowledge of Prisma or other ORM tools.
• Experience deploying applications on Vercel, Netlify, or Railway.
• Familiarity with Python or enthusiasm to learn.
• Use of AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT in the development workflow.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in client-facing roles and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Track record of owning complete delivery cycles.
