Junior Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-focused Junior Data Analyst to aid in collecting, analyzing, reporting data, and delivering actionable business insights. This role involves collaborating with various departments to systematize data, recognize trends, and enhance decision-making by producing precise and meaningful analyses.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and authenticate data from multiple sources.
• Create reports and develop dashboards for data visualization.
• Conduct fundamental data analysis to spot patterns and opportunities.
• Assist senior analysts and business teams by delivering trustworthy data insights and keeping thorough documentation of analytical procedures.
• Perform data quality checks, automate reporting, monitor performance metrics, and improve data workflows.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• Basic grasp of data analysis principles, reporting techniques, and visualization methods.
• Practical experience with Excel, spreadsheets, databases, or related analytical tools.
• Familiarity with SQL and data querying is preferred.
• Knowledge of visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalents is a plus.
• High attention to detail for detecting data inconsistencies and errors.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude with logical task handling.
