About the Role
Alexander Lyons Solutions is partnering exclusively with a multinational creative and marketing agency undergoing real expansion into new markets, including Riyadh. This company boasts some of the finest creative, commercial, and leadership teams in the industry and offers exciting opportunities alongside great colleagues.
The Junior Account Manager position is within the Client Servicing department, reporting to the Account Director, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role combines client relationship management with strong project management responsibilities, ensuring seamless delivery across multiple campaign channels.
Work Details
- Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Work Setup: Remote with three days onsite at the client's headquarters in Riyadh
- Working days: Sunday to Thursday, 9am to 6pm
- Salary range: 16,200 to 18,400 SAR per month
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture authentic partnerships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
- Ensure consistent, proactive communication that makes clients feel valued and well-informed.
- Lead client meetings and presentations confidently and professionally.
- Coordinate deliverables across strategy, digital, creative, and communications disciplines, maintaining brand consistency and quality.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and project deliverables effectively, foreseeing and mitigating potential issues.
- Analyze campaign performance, delivering insights to support client growth and success.
- Identify and propose innovative ideas to enhance client partnerships.
- Assist senior account leadership in pitches and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain organized reports and records demonstrating attention to detail.
- Exhibit initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to exceeding client and team expectations.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital, creative, or communications agency environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in client-facing interactions.
- Strong project management experience managing integrated campaigns.
- Proactive problem solving and ability to anticipate client needs and challenges.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver aligned, high-quality outputs.
- Fluent or native in Arabic, with proficiency in the Saudi dialect, alongside excellent written and verbal English skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in energy, government, or B2B sectors.
- Background working on high-volume or fast-paced accounts requiring efficiency and accuracy.
- Familiarity with workflow management and structured delivery tools such as timelines, trackers, and resource planning.
