About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Jio Point Manager to drive retailer sales and market growth across Mohpada, Mhasla, and Mahad areas in Raigad. The ideal candidate will have over two years experience in retail sales and visit management.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand and develop the Jio Point retail market.
- Meet acquisition and revenue goals consistently.
- Onboard and manage channel partners effectively.
- Provide regular retail store servicing as per beat plan schedules.
- Ensure continuous stock availability and strong product visibility at retail points.
- Maintain the integrity and stability of the supply chain operations.
- Ensure daily cash deposits are made promptly and accurately.
- Oversee training, monitoring, and performance assessment of team members and channel partners.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Good understanding and familiarity with the assigned territory.
- Solid knowledge of product sales techniques.
- Strong entrepreneurial and business development mindset.
- Proficiency in distribution management and handling supply chains.
- Effective people management and leadership skills.
- Experience in conducting training sessions for partners and teams.
