Role Overview
Raj Ratan Jewels is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Jewellery Consultant to join the CaratLane retail team in Pune. This role involves guiding customers in selecting fine jewellery and premium wearable items while delivering excellent service and enriching their shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Assist clients in choosing jewellery and upscale wearables tailored to their preferences.
- Oversee inventory management, including timely restocking of products in the showroom.
- Contribute to the store’s success by helping meet sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
