Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead to oversee the development team and work closely with various functional groups. This role involves leading the Java full-stack development efforts and managing the production of scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the Java full-stack development team to deliver quality software solutions.
Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to integrate React-based frontend interfaces and Kafka messaging systems.
Architect, develop, thoroughly test, and maintain microservices leveraging Java Spring Boot framework.
