Java Full Stack Architect - Strategic Technology Group

About the Role

We are seeking experienced full-stack architects to join Infosys's prestigious Strategic Technology Group (STG). Candidates should have over eight years of experience in designing and architecting web applications. These professionals will lead technical efforts, provide design oversight, and drive the implementation of best practices across development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of scalable, secure, and high-performance software systems.
• Set architectural standards, enforce best practices, and establish governance frameworks.
• Review and approve critical design decisions across multiple projects.
• Provide technical leadership to development squads focusing on design, code reuse, and performance optimization.
• Deliver end-to-end contributions in technology-driven development initiatives.
• Collaborate with expert programmers and participate in tech user groups and open source communities.
• Develop custom platforms and solutions targeting complex, large-scale digital marketplaces and cloud-native architectures.
• Engage with Fortune 500 clients on innovative projects using advanced technologies.
• Contribute to continuous learning, upskilling, and incubation of technology user groups.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong expertise in Java, Microservices, and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Practical experience with cloud implementations such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficient in containerization and orchestration technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or other comparable technologies.
• Competence with CI/CD pipelines and Lambda functions.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants holding a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in any specialization are eligible to apply.
