Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for IT support requests through the IT Service Management system.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with hardware, software, networks, and user accounts.
  • Build and deploy laptops and desktops utilizing Modern Workplace solutions.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, software, and telecommunications systems.
  • Administer Active Directory with tasks including user account management, permissions, and Group Policy enforcement.
  • Support Microsoft Intune, Defender for Endpoint, and Microsoft 365 platforms.
  • Conduct server maintenance, perform backups, and ensure overall system security.
  • Keep IT documentation and standard operating procedures current.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technology issues.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance IT service delivery and user experience.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in IT Support Engineer, Desktop Support, or Systems Administrator roles.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Defender, and Modern Workplace technology stacks.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
  • Experience supporting PCs, servers, printers, and other peripheral devices.
