About the Role

The IT Service Desk (SD) acts as the central IT support unit within OTS Global IT Delivery, serving teams across America, Europe/Prague, and India. This team operates an omni-channel contact center that provides streamlined and efficient IT support to Worldwide Operations associates, including internal and external support for Amazon Lockers. The Service Desk is crucial for maintaining smooth operations at Amazon sites globally, directly influencing our ability to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with Amazon's internal customers, including APAC, EMEA, and AMER region operations, IT teams, and customer support.

  • Understand and troubleshoot various operating systems, specifically Windows and Linux.

  • Meet Service Desk objectives including response and resolution service level agreements (SLAs), customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets, and effective incident management.
