About the Role
We invite you to join our team in Genoa as an IT Product Manager responsible for the Order & Offer Management System (O&OMS), a vital platform coordinating the complete cruise reservation workflow including cabin bookings, transportation, and additional services. You will be instrumental in refining this key platform, collaborating closely with business units, IT departments, and external partners to convert strategic objectives into effective and scalable product features supporting both B2C and B2B growth alongside operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you'll integrate product strategy with business demands and technical implementation, taking charge of platform vision and product ownership while ensuring execution excellence within a diverse, high-stakes international environment.
- Gain intimate knowledge of the O&OMS platform, establish product specifications, set priority actions, and guarantee unified, scalable solutions spanning workflows, integrations, and release cycles.
- Engage with demand teams and corporate leaders to incorporate commercial and operational goals into feasible functional and technical requirements.
- Manage the complete delivery lifecycle, from initial discovery through to testing, deployment, and adoption, coordinating IT units, software teams, and third-party providers to uphold quality, timelines, and tangible business results.
Essential Qualifications and Profile
- 7 to 10 years of experience as an IT Product Manager, Product Owner, or senior Business Analyst specializing in complex, mission-critical systems.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize product goals effectively, link business outcomes with technical decisions, and harmonize expectations across senior stakeholders.
- Robust technical expertise covering application lifecycle management, system integrations, functional testing, and user acceptance testing, with active participation in solution validation.
- Fluent English and confidence managing product discussions in international and complex operational settings.
- Preferred experience includes roles in cruise lines, tour operators, airline reservation systems, or similar O&OMS platform environments.
- Proven vendor and stakeholder management skills with strong influencing capabilities.

Terms of Employment
- Permanent full-time role with hybrid work flexibility at our Genoa location.
- Collective Bargaining Agreement: "Contratto Unico dell'Industria armatoriale - Sezione 15 per il personale di Terra" applies.
- Salary band ranges from 52,000 to 60,000 Euros annually, contingent on skills and experience.
