About Arabia Insurance Cooperative Company (AICC)
AICC has been a respected leader in the insurance sector since 1951, officially operating in Saudi Arabia since 2007 under the Insurance Authority's regulation. The company offers a broad spectrum of insurance products catering to both individuals and corporate clients.
Position Purpose
This role involves overseeing all internal and external IT activities related to infrastructure, service management, governance, monitoring, and business continuity at AICC.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage IT infrastructure including network systems, VOIP, email, and security devices across central and remote offices.
- Ensure secure communication by implementing encryption and secure gateways.
- Assess infrastructure capacity to optimize system performance.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute infrastructure projects and solutions.
- Lead the Systems and Network teams, assigning tasks and supervising upgrades and deployments.
- Provide mentorship and performance management for direct reports.
- Participate in designing communication networks and IT security for headquarters, branches, and points of sale.
- Advise on hardware, system software, and network design changes to improve performance and security.
- Verify compliance of network and system installations with information security standards.
- Guarantee high availability and redundancy for all infrastructure components.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and promptly report failures to the IT Director with corrective actions.
- Contribute to strategic planning and project management related to IT infrastructure and operations in coordination with the IT Director.
- Oversee data center, disaster recovery sites, and branch IT infrastructure.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced certifications and coursework in the insurance domain are advantageous.
- At least 8 years of experience in IT roles with 2 or more years in project management.
- Possession of PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge in IT management, architecture, application design, performance control, quality management, and data protection.
