Job Overview
We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to oversee order management and ensure inventory accuracy at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory to maintain accuracy and integrity consistently.
- Conduct daily visual inspections of incoming and outgoing machines and spare parts.
- Coordinate with requestors for order confirmation, scheduling, and record keeping.
- Reconcile inventory records between the internal tracking system and physical counts.
- Execute accurate and timely annual stocktaking.
- Monitor stock movement to sustain optimal inventory levels.
- Perform data entry for stock transactions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in warehouse inventory management and stock movement control.
- Proactive and results-driven approach.
- Strong Excel skills for data handling.
- Resourceful with excellent organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and able to work independently.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Possession of forklift license and Class 3 or Class 2 driving license is preferred.
