Role Overview
This position offers a valuable chance to contribute to a dynamic team, focusing on the precise and efficient handling of medical inventory that supports healthcare professionals and their patients. The Inventory Coordinator will coordinate closely with teams including Loan Kit, Sales, Quality, and Operations to ensure stock accuracy and timely product delivery.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of inventory movements.
- Receive and manage stock transfers from the national warehouse utilizing the SAP system.
- Prepare and dispatch replenishments for customer consignments.
- Track product expiry dates across consignment stock, warehouse inventory, and loan kits.
- Perform regular cycle counts and investigate any discrepancies found in inventory.
- Keep all inventory records up to date and accurate within SAP.
- Maintain organized, compliant, and audit-ready inventory storage spaces.
- Support general operational and logistical needs as required.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a dependable and proactive team member who thrives in a structured environment that values precision. They must bring solid inventory management experience, understanding the critical role of the products in healthcare.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- At least two years working in inventory, warehouse, or logistics roles.
- Proven experience with stock movement and inventory management.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory management systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to operate effectively under fast-paced conditions.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Mindset focused on continuous improvement and initiative.
- Experience dealing with consignment stock is advantageous.
