Role Overview
The Intermediate Surveyor will be involved in various surveying projects, offering a mix of on-site and office-based responsibilities. Projects span several categories including cadastral and boundary surveys, engineering surveying and construction set-outs, topographic and site surveys, cross-lease conversions, residential subdivision and unit title development, and landonline preparation alongside survey calculations. This position provides collaboration opportunities with planning and engineering teams, contributing to projects from inception through completion.

Candidate Profile
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Surveying
- Possesses between 1 to 5 years of surveying experience in New Zealand; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with Landonline, GNSS/GPS technology, and total station equipment
- Exemplifies a positive mindset, strong communication abilities, and eagerness to learn
- Holds a valid New Zealand driver’s license and has legal authorization to work in New Zealand
