Interior Designer

About the Role

We are seeking an inventive and meticulous Interior Designer to lead and execute high-end residential and commercial interior projects. This role involves comprehensive involvement from initial client consultations through design planning to the final execution phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand and capture their interior design needs and tastes.
• Develop preliminary concepts, including space layouts, furniture arrangements, and interior schemes.
• Produce detailed 2D designs, 3D renderings, and polished presentation materials.
• Design bespoke furniture pieces, such as wardrobes and kitchens, tailored to client requirements.
• Compile bills of quantities (BOQs), define material specifications, and create production-ready drawings.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, architects, suppliers, manufacturing teams, and on-site personnel.
• Conduct site visits to take measurements, oversee installation, and verify quality standards.
• Guide clients in choosing materials, finishes, lighting solutions, and decorative accessories.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule without compromising quality.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, tracking records, and obtain necessary client approvals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Expertise with design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray or Enscape, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• In-depth understanding of furniture construction details and interior finish materials.
• Superior communication and presentation capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to resolve problems efficiently.
• Capability to handle multiple projects concurrently without loss of focus.
