About the Role
We are looking for an Influencer Relations Manager based in Australia to support creator partnerships within the rapidly expanding mobile gaming and digital marketing space. This role involves overseeing influencer campaigns, from the selection of creators and negotiation processes to content delivery and campaign performance assessment. The position demands close collaboration with internal teams, creators, and talent representatives to execute successful campaigns for top brands and game publishers. It combines relationship management, campaign coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving in a creative and dynamic environment.
You will be contributing to innovative marketing strategies across platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and TikTok in a collaborative workplace focused on creativity and continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete influencer campaign lifecycle: creator selection, contract negotiations, content scheduling, and monitoring delivery.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and talent managers across social media platforms.
- Negotiate terms with mid-tier creators to secure optimal collaborations while managing campaign budgets effectively.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Account Managers and the internal teams regarding project progress and timelines.
- Evaluate influencer research and outreach efforts, offering constructive feedback and strategic recommendations.
- Track campaign performance metrics, asset management, budget adherence, and timeline compliance using internal platforms.
- Identify and swiftly resolve operational challenges such as communication gaps, content updates, and delays.
- Maintain thorough documentation to ensure transparency and visibility into campaign and partnership statuses.
- Drive ongoing improvements in influencer marketing protocols and promote best industry practices.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or related digital campaign roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar discipline.
- Strong familiarity with major social media platforms: YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and TikTok.
- Knowledge of creator communities and audience behaviors primarily in North America and Europe.
- Proven experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end including planning, execution, and analytics reporting.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build trust with creators and partners.
- Effective communication skills and adeptness in stakeholder management.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with capability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
- Analytical approach focusing on campaign outcomes, budget control, and performance metrics.
- Keen enthusiasm for gaming, social media trends, and the evolving creator economy.
