Influencer Manager - TikTok LIVE

Overview

The LIVE Operations team is dedicated to enhancing TikTok LIVE by collaborating closely with creators to create a dynamic, enjoyable, and safe environment for users. We are seeking a passionate Influencer Operations Manager to cultivate strategic and enduring relationships with local creators including celebrities and content creators within the livestream ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain long-term partnerships with creators such as influencers and celebrities within the livestream community.
• Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops aimed at elevating creator content and livestream quality.
• Offer comprehensive account support to address creator challenges and optimize their content performance and reputation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote creator campaigns, profiles, and produce spotlight content.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data pertaining to creator performance.
• Establish and enforce creator management policies and guidelines, providing valuable feedback for LIVE features.

Candidate Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience in talent or influencer management.
• Background in sales or gaming is advantageous.
• Fluent German communication skills at C2 level, both written and spoken, to deeply engage with German-speaking creators.
• Prior experience and understanding of the livestream ecosystem and platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.
• Strong team collaboration skills and commitment.
• Professional, patient, and effective communication abilities.
• Results-driven mindset with good analytical skills and ability to perform under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Active and frequent user of TikTok LIVE is desirable.
