About the Role
We are excited to collaborate with a multinational corporation based in Cork, which is enhancing its global tax operations. This position is for an Indirect Tax Analyst within a well-established international indirect tax department, providing significant practical experience in EMEA VAT compliance along with opportunities for involvement in projects and system improvements. The role suits individuals eager to advance their indirect tax expertise in a comprehensive and supportive global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review VAT returns across EMEA countries.
- Oversee Intrastat declarations and European Community Sales Listings.
- Contribute to indirect tax compliance activities in various jurisdictions.
- Participate in tax-related projects, including system enhancements and process optimizations.
- Collaborate effectively with finance and tax professionals both locally and internationally.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in indirect tax or VAT compliance from either professional practice or industry background.
- Flexible regarding background with a strong eagerness to learn and actively engage in tasks.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Team-oriented approach with enthusiasm for system improvements and continuous process enhancement.
