HVAC Estimation Engineer

Role Overview

Anan Air Conditioning is looking for an HVAC Estimation Engineer to develop precise cost predictions and technical proposals for HVAC projects. This role demands reviewing project tenders, technical drawings, and specifications, conducting material quantity assessments, liaising with suppliers, and compiling competitive commercial and technical submissions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years' experience in HVAC cost estimation.
• Deep understanding of VRF and Chilled Water systems.
• Expertise in HVAC quantity take-offs, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation, and cost estimation.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE, SMACNA, and other HVAC design standards.
• Proficient user of AutoCAD, HAP, and Microsoft Excel software.
• Experience in preparing and evaluating HVAC technical submittals.
• Demonstrated track record with projects in sectors such as Saudi Aramco, Oil & Gas, Power, or Mining.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards including SAES and SATIP is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical abilities, communication skills, and vendor coordination experience.
