Role Summary
The position of Human Resources Specialist involves full-time, on-site engagement in Dubai. The role encompasses managing everyday human resources activities such as onboarding and offboarding employees, maintaining personnel records, and preparing necessary HR documentation. The specialist will facilitate the enforcement of HR policies, administer employee benefits, and support processes related to performance management. Other responsibilities include addressing employee inquiries, aiding recruitment efforts, organizing HR training and communication, and ensuring adherence to local labor laws and company policies. Collaboration with management and team members is emphasized to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace atmosphere.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in daily HR operations and HR management.
- In-depth understanding of HR policies and compliance with local labor laws.
- Experience in administering employee benefits and handling related documentation.
- Strong personnel management capabilities including employee relations and performance support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suitable for a multicultural setting.
- Organizational and time-management skills with high attention to confidentiality and detail.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), HR software, and standard office applications like Microsoft Office.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Previous HR experience, ideally in the tourism or service industry, is advantageous.
