Role Overview

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- At least two years of HR experience, ideally within freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation sectors.
- Expertise in talent acquisition and handling employee relations effectively.
- Possession of an active LinkedIn profile with an extensive professional network.
- Strong communication and organizational capabilities.
- Familiarity with hiring roles related to sales, operations, and logistics is advantageous.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and juggle various recruitment demands.
