About the Role
The Human Resources Manager will oversee and direct all HR activities within Arabian Gannas Company in Riyadh. This role involves devising and enforcing HR strategies and policies to attract, nurture, and retain skilled talent, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations, and supporting the company’s overarching strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, sourcing, and selection procedures to fulfill staffing needs.
- Manage employee administration, payroll, leave, contracts, and termination processes effectively.
- Supervise performance appraisal systems and execute career development plans for employees.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives and establish career growth pathways.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions according to company policies and labor regulations.
- Ensure adherence to Saudi Labor Law, governmental rules, and internal company policies.
- Generate and analyze HR performance metrics and reports for senior leadership review.
- Manage compensation and benefits policies implementation.
- Maintain accurate employee records including files, appointment documentation, correspondence, and relevant letters.
- Manage activities related to social insurance, medical insurance, and Ministry of Human Resources platforms.
- Lead and develop the HR team fostering a constructive and supportive workplace environment.
- Undertake any additional HR-related responsibilities assigned by senior management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of substantive experience in Human Resources roles.
- Advanced knowledge of Saudi labor laws and Ministry of Human Resources regulations.
- Experience working with governmental HR platforms.
- Strong leadership capabilities with effective team management skills.
- Proficient planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to prepare detailed HR reports and interpret key performance indicators.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems such as HRMS, SAP, or equivalents.
- Capable of handling pressure and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
