Key Responsibilities
- Offer high-quality front desk support by warmly welcoming and assisting guests, job applicants, and team members with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain daily office functions through tasks such as word processing, accurate data entry, filing, and copying to facilitate HR department activities effectively.
- Manage communications by handling phone calls, emails, mail processing, and organizing meetings to ensure smooth coordination.
- Arrange travel logistics for HR department managers, including booking and itinerary management.
- Contribute to departmental special projects and support ad hoc initiatives as needed.
