Role overview
Paragon Flight Training is expanding, and the team is hiring an organized HR Coordinator who enjoys working with people. This role partners closely with the Human Resources Manager during an important period of growth, with a focus on strengthening people practices, internal processes, and workplace culture.
What you will do
The coordinator will support hiring, onboarding, employee experience, HR day-to-day operations, benefits administration, and compliance. The position also involves assisting staff across several locations.
What the team is looking for
The ideal candidate brings 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative work, along with hands-on exposure to HRIS platforms, preferably ADP Workforce Now. Strong organization, a sharp eye for detail, clear communication, and the ability to manage confidential information professionally are essential.
