Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle for the US operations, including analyzing job needs, developing and maintaining recruitment channels, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and handling offer processes to resolve current recruitment issues and ensure all US roles are adequately staffed.
  • Oversee daily HR administrative tasks such as onboarding, probation confirmation, transfers, offboarding, employment contract signing and filing, attendance tracking, performance appraisals, and payroll assistance to maintain compliant and effective HR processes.
  • Review and enhance HR policies to develop compliant management standards and procedural guidelines in line with US labor laws and business requirements, promoting standardization of HR functions.
  • Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, facilitating communication between employees and management, encouraging a harmonious workplace, and minimizing turnover within the US company.
  • Compile regular HR data reports—including recruitment success rates, training completion, and turnover metrics—to present to both domestic and US leadership, along with recommendations for HR process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the domestic HR team to coordinate cross-regional HR activities, ensuring smooth integration of domestic and international HR functions while strictly adhering to US labor laws to reduce compliance risks.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, English, or related fields preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years in HR roles, preferably with experience managing cross-country or regional HR operations; prior knowledge of the food industry is advantageous.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English for verbal and written communication, capable of independently handling HR tasks, training, interviews, coordination, and documentation in English.
  • Professional Knowledge: Well-versed in all HR modules including recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation and benefits; skilled in process optimization and policy formulation; able to detect irregularities and recommend practical solutions.
  • Compliance Expertise: Understanding of US labor laws and HR regulations to ensure all operations meet legal standards and mitigate risk; familiarity with domestic HR processes to support international coordination.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong remote management, communication, and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and responsible with high work rigor; capable of managing stress effectively; confident in independently executing varied HR duties with integrity and confidentiality.
