Role overview
This remote position is focused on keeping core HR administration running smoothly while supporting a positive employee experience. The role involves working with employee records, helping coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities, and providing day-to-day administrative support to the people team. Key responsibilities
- Keep employee information current and accurate in HR systems.
- Assist with joining and exit processes, including paperwork and scheduling.
- Draft routine HR paperwork such as employment letters, contracts, and internal notices.
- Handle simple HR-related questions and direct more complex matters to the right teammate.
- Follow HR policies, recordkeeping standards, and data privacy requirements.
- Manage digital HR documents with clear naming and filing structures.
- Track HR tasks, spot delays or missing items, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Update HR trackers and share status information on open tasks.
- Support audit preparation by making sure records are complete and easy to retrieve.

- Work with a high level of accuracy when processing employee data and documents.
