About the Role

Re Lytics Hires is expanding and is dedicated to creating a professional, inclusive workplace that prioritizes employee welfare. Our Human Resources team is vital in supporting our personnel by providing essential resources, guidance, and assistance to enable success. We are searching for a meticulous and well-organized Human Resources Assistant to enhance the smooth functioning of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities including advertising jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing communications with applicants during the hiring process.
  • Draft offer letters, employment contracts, and manage onboarding paperwork.
  • Maintain recruitment files and track applicant progress through relevant systems.
  • Coordinate onboarding sessions and new hire orientations, ensuring completion and maintenance of all staff documentation.
  • Assist employees by addressing HR-related inquiries and requests.
  • Keep employee records, databases, and filing systems accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and legal requirements by maintaining diligent employee files.
  • Contribute to generating HR reports, metrics, and necessary documentation.
  • Help implement and administer employee policies, handbooks, and workplace protocols.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, performance review processes, and company events.
  • Manage internal HR communications and foster positive relations with team members across departments.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as managing HR correspondence, scheduling meetings, compiling reports, and maintaining confidential personnel records.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the HR Manager and leadership as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Completion of high school education, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive HR information responsibly.
  • Close attention to detail with commitment to accuracy.
  • Professional demeanor, approachable nature, and a collaborative team-oriented work style.
