Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Human Resources Advisor to join our team on a fixed-term 12-month contract, covering Parental Leave. This role demands a dynamic professional capable of supporting daily HR operations and providing guidance to managers to facilitate well-informed decisions in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The HR Advisor will deliver expert advice across multiple HR functions, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, learning and development, policy implementation, rewards, coaching, and performance management. Collaboration with the wider HR team is essential to drive efficiency improvements throughout HR processes.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in an HR Advisor role, ideally within a comparable industry setting
• A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Strong ability to build relationships and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication
• Ability to rapidly adapt to new systems, procedures, and working styles
• High attention to detail coupled with solid organizational capabilities
• Skilled in managing multiple competing tasks simultaneously
• A collaborative and team-oriented mindset
