Role Overview

We are looking for a structured, reliable, and efficient human resources administrator who thrives in independent work with strong organizational skills and a passion for HR processes. The ideal candidate is confident under pressure, excels at prioritization, thinks creatively, and combines a love for HR with an aptitude for numbers. You will be a key HR Business Partner supporting employees and managers across Germany and Austria, ensuring seamless HR operations throughout the entire employee lifecycle while handling administrative tasks with diligence and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing in coordination with external partners.
  • Manage employee support from onboarding to offboarding, including payroll registrations, employment contracts, confirmations, reference letters, and terminations.
  • Maintain personnel records and HR IT system data.
  • Act as the primary contact for all HR administrative queries.
  • Provide consultative guidance on employment law matters.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports and participate in project activities.
  • Serve as a liaison for internal and external audits.
  • Handle recruitment activities and contribute to developing a well-structured HR process framework.

Candidate Profile

  • In-depth knowledge of payroll systems and employment law; certifications are advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant professional HR experience.
  • Proficiency in both German and English languages.
