Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain strong Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) administrative practices ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Prioritize and enforce mandatory HSE requirements within daily operations.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the organization, supervisors, and teammates.
• Compile, analyze, and update safety statistics, incident reports, and relevant data.
• Manage and archive records including team certifications, training documentation, contractor permits, inspection permits, and ISO/HSE related files with accurate matrix updates.
• Assist in creating and managing safety-related training programs.
• Support preparation and processing of tender and statutory documents for review and submission.
• Coordinate closely with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure efficient service delivery timelines.
• Demonstrate proactive behavior and readiness to accept additional assigned duties.

Qualifications and Skills

• Preferably possess the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B).
• Good understanding of workplace safety and health (WSH) / HSE legislation and regulatory requirements.
• At least two years of relevant HSE experience in a comparable environment is advantageous.
• Ability to manage priorities effectively and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, positive attitude with eagerness to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards is beneficial.
• Committed to punctuality and reliability in attendance.
• Willingness to work irregular hours if needed is considered a plus.
