As an HSE Inspector based in Dubai, you will contribute to ensuring environmental, health, and safety compliance in major infrastructure developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine tasks under supervision across various environmental, health, and safety areas to ensure adherence to ES&H standards and legal regulations.
• Support the creation, implementation, and upkeep of safety and health policies, systems, and procedures.
• Monitor workplace hazards and potential occupational diseases.
• Collaborate with teams to investigate workplace incidents, injuries, and hazard complaints.
• Suggest improvements in operational processes, designs, procedures, and equipment to mitigate risks.
• Assist in delivering employee training programs and emergency preparedness initiatives, ensuring overall program integrity.

Candidate Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in HSE roles within significant infrastructure construction projects.
• Essential experience working on tunneling methods such as TBM, NATM, and Cut & Cover.
• Mandatory background in viaduct or elevated structure construction.
• Prior involvement in high-speed rail, railway, metro, or related rail infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE laws, risk evaluation, and permit-to-work systems.
• Skillful in conducting incident investigations and identifying hazards.

Additional Certifications (Preferred)

• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC)
• IOSH Managing/Working Safely
• OSHA Safety Certification
• First Aid and Fire Warden Certification
